Q. The highlight of your round, you strung three birdies together on the front side, a little bit about that.

GLEN DAY: You know, I was just playing. I played good today. The highlight of my round, except for 16 and 18, I hit the driver really good. I hit a good one on 18. It was just a little left. I picked the wrong line.

You know, it's a really good golf course. You've got to hit good shots. The greens can get tough at times.

Q. With the weather looking better than it did today, how do you see the course changing, if at all?

GLEN DAY: I'm sure it will dry out some. By the end of the week, if we don't get anymore, the greens will be bouncing instead of spinning.

I hit it up on 18, hit a really good third shot, landed it by the hole, and swung back 30 feet. So that won't be happening.

But it will be harder to get it close to the hole. It's a USGA event. It's a Senior Open. You've got to play smart.
