Q. A good performance in the first round of match play. What were your thoughts on your performance today?

INGRID LINDBLAD: I didn't make a single bogey, so it was a lot of pars and some good chances on the par 5s for eagles. Made a couple of birdies and it was kind of fairway-to-green. It was kind of easy.

Q. Can you talk us through the key holes? Where was the match won and lost, really?

INGRID LINDBLAD: Well, I was 4-up through nine and 4-up through 14, and then I hit it over the green on 15 with my third shot. I lost 15 and I lost 16, and I was like, this is not good.

But on 13, I made like a 17-footer for birdie, and she had already hit it to like five feet, so that was good.

And then, I don't really know, golf felt kind of easy, like it was up on the green and 2-putt or 1-putt.

Q. How do you approach your matches and the encounters versus stroke play earlier this week?

INGRID LINDBLAD: You have to keep hitting fairways, keep hitting greens, putting pressure on your opponent and just not try to force anything or do anything that you usually don't do, and just put pressure on the one you're playing against. You know, hit it on the fairway. Hit it on the green and try to make putts.

Even if you have a bad hole, you can just move on and take the next one.

Q. You've also had a chance to play the course for the last three days. Is it something that you're getting really used to now and still finding your rhythm?

INGRID LINDBLAD: Whenever it's been downwind on back nine, I started to get a feel of how far the clubs are holing because they are flying like two or three clubs further.

And same with like into the wind. I'm kind of getting a feel of how much the wind is pulling it. We don't play in a lot of wind on this kind of course at home, so you don't get to see this a lot. It's nice to get out here and figure it out.

Q. Are you feeling confident for the next round?

INGRID LINDBLAD: I do. Keep hitting fairways, keep hitting greens and try and make some putts.
