Q. How good does it feel to get Game 1 under your belt? Do you just put that totally behind you and focus on Game 2?

DANIEL THEIS: Great. It was a great experience for each one of us, like just go out and play in an NBA Finals game. Coming out with the win is a great feeling, but we want to continue. We want to move on and get more of those feelings.

Q. Do you think you can get two games out of here and not come back?

DANIEL THEIS: We're going to go day by day, but obviously after the first game, we believe in our group. When we go into the game tomorrow, we want to get another win.

Q. You know they're going to make some adjustments, right? You know that they're pretty much a desperate basketball team?

DANIEL THEIS: That's about the playoffs. Every time you lose a game, even if you win a game, you always can do adjustments. We had a bad third quarter, so we can also look at it and also we can do adjustments and play even better.

Q. Did you feel like your Finals experience in Germany helped you when you got out on the court for Game 1?

DANIEL THEIS: Maybe a little bit. Like playing Finals, playing for championship, but it's a whole different stage, a way bigger stage. I think the message on the team was just enjoy the moment. It's not granted you come back here ever. Maybe it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play for a championship, you never know. For us, it was just go out there and enjoy it, have fun.

Q. What was your mindset personally, and what was it like to hit that corner three to help your team win?

DANIEL THEIS: For me, it was just fun to be out there. Having a chance to compete after starting the season in Houston and then coming back to the Celtics and now competing for a championship. For me, it's the same. Just go out and have fun and enjoy every moment I can get.
