Q. Minjee Lee, 5-under 66. Can you talk us through your round today?

MINJEE LEE: Yes, I can, but I kind of can't remember right now.

Q. You only had one bogey.

MINJEE LEE: I started pretty solid with two birdies to start, so that was nice. I had a string of pars until maybe 8 and 9, I think, which were really good -- both of them were really nice birdies.

Then I bogeyed one hole on the back nine, made a really good up-and-down on the 17th, and finished my round 5-under today, so pretty solid overall.

Q. You have two solid rounds so far. How are you going to replicate that going into the weekend?

MINJEE LEE: I'm not sure how the conditions are going to change and what time I'm playing, but I've been taking one shot at a time.

The golf course can really catch up to you quickly, so just trying to take whatever I have in front of me as I go and just try to take -- whenever I have a birdie opportunity, I try to take advantage of that.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm going to focus on and just do whatever I can that is in my control.

Q. Did the course play differently at all today?

MINJEE LEE: I thought it was going to get windier, but it was a little bit windier than yesterday, but with kind of like the humidity and kind of it was a little overcast, I think maybe it might have softened the greens. I mean, kept the greens softer. Not too much different, I don't think.

Q. I was wondering if you happened to get any tips from Karrie about this place?

MINJEE LEE: Actually, I was thinking about asking her, but I didn't end up asking her. Yeah, no, I just saw her pictures around the place and it was just kind of nice.

Q. What do you remember most about the first time you came to watch her play in this? Was it Sebonack? Was that the first?

MINJEE LEE: It was that one, and then I played the one after. The one in Pinehurst, actually. It was just really cool because that was kind of the very first experience I had at the U.S. Open, and to be with Webby, it was just even better.

Just to be able to watch her play and even today with her off course. So it was just nice to see how she goes about things and just to hang out with her is really cool in general.

Q. I'm curious when you stayed at the house with her, what did you notice about her routine -- or maybe it was out of routine because she was with you guys?

MINJEE LEE: Now, she has a really set routine. When she does her workout or when she has her massage, then it's just at certain a particular time.

And then when she's having dinner, she will socialize and then have her quiet time.

I think it's just very routine as well in that aspect I think.
