EMMA DRYBURGH: (In progress)... but, yeah, it was amazing to get the win in the end and have that putt at the end. A little bit nervous, but got it in, so it was all good.

Q. Describe what that experience has been for you so far, just getting in at the last minute and now kind of playing your way into the round of 16.

EMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, obviously I was disappointed to lose my first match, but I knew that I still had the chance to get through. Just kind of won yesterday and then got it done today as well.

As a reserve at the start of the week everything was a bit of a bonus, so it's amazing to get in the knock-out stages now.

Q. What has this year been like for you? You've made all the cuts. Maybe no extraordinary play yet, but seems like you've been creating a foundation of consistency.

EMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, I've had a few low ones and kind of not strung four rounds together yet, but it's all been trending in a good direction.

The best start I've had to a season before, so just feel really confident really and so excited for my first U.S. Open next week, too.
