Q. Inbee Park doing Inbee Park things. Nice 1-under 70 today. Biggest mover was that eagle on 16. Walk me through that hole.

INBEE PARK: Yeah, hit a good second shot and then I was just off the green just short. Chipped in. Actually I chipped in twice on that hole this week.

Q. Kind of a good feeling for you.

INBEE PARK: Uh-huh.

Q. Golf course playing a little bit shorter today. Probably had to feel a little bit better.

INBEE PARK: Yeah, I mean, the front nine was really tough with the wind conditions. I think it's just so different playing in the morning and the afternoon.

I played two afternoon and one morning, but afternoon golf over here is not easy and obviously I struggled a little bit today. Bogeyed No. 1 and 2 and 17 and 18. Just too many mistakes.

You know, I recovered really well in the middle there. I mean, that's definitely something positive to take on. But finishing bogey-bogey is quite disappointing when you kind of feel like you have a chance to actually have a go at tomorrow.

But obviously a little disappointing, but I'm happy how I played in the middle of the round there. Trying to keep that play on for tomorrow.

Q. You aren't the only player that's struggled with the last two holes. I think if you look at 17 today, it would one of the hardest holes on the golf course. What is it about that hole that is tripping people up?

INBEE PARK: It's just the front pin, but just can't stop it. There are so like not many spots that you can land on to actually hold it on the green. I think it's just going to be many bogeys there with just wind conditions and obviously greens are firming up.

Some holes are just impossible to get to.

Q. Played your way into contention this week after kind of being on the outside looking in. What are you looking forward to tomorrow?

INBEE PARK: Yeah, I think I'm just going to have to play quite attacking golf tomorrow. I mean, there are definitely holes where you can make birdies out here; you just got to cancel out those mistakes.

I just can't make mistakes like today, that's for sure.

Q. How do you attack when the greens are so firm?

INBEE PARK: Just short iron holes where you're going in there with wedges, under 100 yards where you can actually attack them with the short irons, so just got play smart.
