Q. Are we already assessing today's round?

SAM BURNS: We said everything we need to say.

Q. Any critical things from each other?

BILLY HORSCHEL: No, I think we both, you know --

SAM BURNS: Go do a little work and be ready for tomorrow.

BILLY HORSCHEL: Yeah, I think front side we played beautifully. We had a lot of opportunities, both of us, on every hole. Then we went to the back side, and then it was true ham and egg. Sam would be out a couple holes, and I'd be the one taking care of it, then I'd be out a couple holes, and he'd be taking care of it.

The only thing I feel bad about is bogeying 17. I hit a bad iron shot.

SAM BURNS: I hit a bad iron shot too.

BILLY HORSCHEL: We both hit bad iron shots. His was actually in play, and mine was I needed scuba gear to go visit the alligators in the pond to try and play it.

Other than that, it was a beautiful day of golf. I think it was tricky out there with the wind and everything. Our games are in really good shape. Good spot after the first round.

Q. Different format tomorrow. What's the game plan for that for alternate?

SAM BURNS: I think it's -- I love that format.

I think it's -- you know, it kind of requires a little bit better play. You can't really get away with as much. So I think it's a great test, especially around here if you get some wind.

I'm excited for tomorrow. I think our games fit pretty well for each other in that format. Yeah, I'm excited.

Q. Any specific way you guys are kind of splitting up holes for alternate?

BILLY HORSCHEL: No, I think we do what we did --

SAM BURNS: He's got odds.

BILLY HORSCHEL: Yeah, he's got evens, I've got odds. I think tomorrow we'll be -- not that I think we lacked focus out there, but I think there's times when your partner hits a good shot and you sort of -- especially the back side, we had a good time. Yeah, you don't need to do too much.

No, I think you're going to see some good stuff from us tomorrow. We've excelled in that format. Like I said, we're both in really good shape with our games, and we're excited to play.
