Q. Some really good golf today but also some moments that I'm sure frustrates you. What are your thoughts at the end of it?

ROBERT MACINTYRE: I actually feel like I only hit two bad shots today, tee shot off 9, second shot on 18. Other than that, the shot on 11, I stepped up, committed to the golf shot, hit it. It's just the wind caught it a little bit more than I was hoping for. If it finished that far the opposite side of the hole, it was perfect.

No, so many positives to take from today, but there's some work to be done.

Q. A better start than 12 months ago, and last year you did very well. What do you think you put into play from last year that was helpful today?

ROBERT MACINTYRE: I'm not sure. Just a lot of birdies last year. After kind of 10, 11, I was like you've only made one birdie here. So it was kind of like staying patient and realizing that they're there, every hole's a birdie opportunity. Just take my chances when they come. Stuck to it, stayed calm, and managed to pick up a few coming in.
