Q. First of all, tell me what it's like being here and playing with Tiger after Riviera, getting the trophy presented by Tiger. What's it like playing with him?

JOAQUIN NIEMANN: It's going to be a really good experience for me, obviously. I'm here to compete, and I'm not worried about what is going to happen with Tiger or the crowd, whatever. Obviously, it's going to be nice playing with him, but, yeah, I'm here to compete and try to have my best week.

Q. Do you guys know each other at all? Did you talk much in Los Angeles after you won there?

JOAQUIN NIEMANN: No, I mean, we talked a little bit. He gave me a few advice presenting the trophy.

Q. He gave you advice?

JOAQUIN NIEMANN: A little advice. I saw him a couple of times where I practiced back in Palm Beach, and, yeah, I mean, we haven't played much together, so it will be nice to have him together in the same group for these two days.

Q. Have you ever played in a tournament with him before?

JOAQUIN NIEMANN: The only time was at the Presidents Cup.

Q. How did he do against that?

JOAQUIN NIEMANN: He played pretty good. (Laughing)

Q. And tell me a little bit about -- I've been writing about Hideki a lot. I was in Tokyo in 2010 when Hideki won, and here you are a Latin American amateur champion. You're winning on tour. You've won twice on tour. How do you feel about your chances and your ability to win here at Augusta National? This is your third Masters, right?

JOAQUIN NIEMANN: Yeah, my third one, yeah. I think every time I come here I feel better. Confidence is always better. Coming off winning at Riviera I think gives me a lot of confidence knowing that I am able to win on a tough course with good players. I know that if I had a good week, I could have a good chance to win.

Q. How are you hitting the ball since Riviera?

JOAQUIN NIEMANN: Game is pretty good. It's pretty similar to how I was feeling in Riviera. I just need to have a good week on the greens. I know it's tough here, but, yeah pretty good.
