Q. Were you able to take those emotions in check today when something you dreamt about your whole life was right at the end of the rainbow today?

JENNIFER KUPCHO: Oh, man, it was a lot. I mean, I'm still shaking. But it was just so fun to be out there, especially with Patty.

Q. Won the inaugural August National Women's Amateur. You paint your fingernails green in honor of that. Did you draw inspiration watching that yesterday to propel you this incredible weekend?

JENNIFER KUPCHO: Absolutely. I talked to my pro-am group about painting them green and it worked, so super excited.

And, yes, I did watch all of it yesterday.

Q. The pundits, experts, the analysts all said it was a matter of when, not if Jennifer Kupcho would get her first win. Did you ever doubt that?

JENNIFER KUPCHO: Yeah, for sure. (Laughter.) I have been so close a couple of times. It's just really hard sometimes. Here I am. It's really exciting. (Applause.)
