THE MODERATOR: (Question off mic.)

EMMA RADUCANU: Yeah, I mean, it was a long match. Very long rallies. I thought that she played really good. There was some good tennis on both sides, to be honest, but yeah, obviously it sucks to lose that one.

Q. You said the other day that you kind of are enjoying the challenge of getting back up, but I guess it's going to get old if you've got to keep on having these close ones, 7-5 in the decider?

EMMA RADUCANU: I mean, yeah, of course I have finished my match like an hour ago, so obviously it's still very fresh. Yeah, it's a challenge, for sure. It takes a lot out of you to just keep bouncing back from it.

Yeah, we'll see. I mean, well, what can I do about it now? Don't know.

Q. What will you do from here? I know it's early after the match, but I presume do you go straight on to the clay when you get home, or...

EMMA RADUCANU: I've got no idea. I'm not even thinking about that right now.

Q. What did you think of her sort of physical state? Because obviously there was that long break in the first set when she got treatment. Did that kind of take the wind out of your sails a bit?

EMMA RADUCANU: I mean, I lost the next two games, and I think that I did, like, maybe all of the timeout did maybe affect the momentum. I still managed to regroup and win the first set.

Yeah, she seemed like she was running completely fine to me.

Q. Obviously you have expectations you're trying to figure out for yourself now, but it's still your first time in this tournament, first time on this stadium. Are you able to enjoy that part of the experience in the matches, or is it just going to be results determined for a while?

EMMA RADUCANU: I feel like it was nice to play here. It was a really nice court.

Yeah, the spectators are really cool. They went both ways. I felt like there was a lot of support out there for me. Yeah, I was really appreciating that, and hopefully I'll be able to come back to this tournament again.
