Q. Here with Brittany Altomare after the second round of the JTBC Classic Presented by Barbasol. Clean card today; four birdies; only 29 putts; 15 of 18 greens. Just take us through your round.
BRITTANY ALTOMARE: Yeah, I'm starting to hit the ball really well, especially my approach shots. My irons and hybrids feel really good, so I think hitting it close, especially on these greens is -- I mean, they're huge greens, so to have birdie opportunities out here is great.
Yeah, I drove the ball well yesterday. Not as well today, but like I said, my approach shots were really good.
Q. What have you been working on with ball striking to get that in tune to where you can hit the close shots?
BRITTANY ALTOMARE: I mean, I didn't really hit the ball that great in Asia and I was getting a little frustrated. My coach and I worked a lot last week on something with my backswing, and was actually a pretty big change from where it was or where it had gotten.
Just trying to get back to where it was when I was hitting the really ball well. It feels good. I'm just going to keep working on it.
Q. As somebody that spends a lot of time on bermudagrass, how are you finding the poana this week?
BRITTANY ALTOMARE: I grew up in Massachusetts, so I grew up playing similar type of grass, so it kind of feels like home a little bit, yeah.
Q. Heading into the weekend you are near the top of the leaderboard. What are you going to carry with you from these first two rounds into the next two?
BRITTANY ALTOMARE: Yeah, I just feel like just keep staying patient and just keep hitting good approach shots, which I feel really good over them.
I think that's good. And, yeah, just one shot at a time for me. Yeah.
