THE MODERATOR: In your singles not result you wanted today. Can you take me through your singles match today against Elise Mertens.

SHUAI ZHANG: Yeah, I mean today Elise, she played so well and she has a big serve and, yeah, so many ace, play so well. Even second serve very bigger.

And also, because I play very long match yesterday doubles, I still feeling very tired because today really, really hot last couple days, I feeling really slow today.

So, yeah, I mean I'm not young any more so that's why I recover maybe very slow (laughing), but I try my best.

Anyway, I feeling so happy this year. Australian Open I played really well two singles match, first two rounds. And me and Sam play very well doubles, even when we lost yesterday, but still we play very well, we try the best.
