THE MODERATOR: Talking to us about your experiences here in Australia. It is a great achievement.

SOFIA COSTOULAS: Definitely I had a great time here. Played very good matches. Had a chance to play on Margaret Court Arena and Rod Laver. What more can you ask for?

Yeah, I'm definitely very happy with my week. A little bit disappointed for today, but Petra did a very good match, so yeah.

Q. What happened after the first set?

SOFIA COSTOULAS: Yeah, definitely I was feeling good from the start, not too nervous. I was happy about that. After it was very close. I think I will need to rewatch the match to, like, really see what happened.

I think just little details that went just a few shots out or in. Yeah, she took the first set. She just went off. For me it was tough to get back into it because she got the confidence that she won the first set.

Yeah, I think was important to win the first set. Just little details.

Q. What can we expect from you this year?

SOFIA COSTOULAS: I don't know. I hope I will continue like this, to play a lot of matches, win maybe more tournaments and be in finals. Yeah, I hope so.

Q. Your father is with you. What was his reaction after the match?

SOFIA COSTOULAS: He was just very happy. Very proud of me. I think he even a little bit underestimated me because he didn't took enough strings to string my racquets. When I got to the finals, we asked to my sponsor Wilson, Do you have some strings because we don't have any more for the finals?

Luckily we got some, so he got away with this one. He was just very proud of me.

Q. What have you learnt about yourself in these last few weeks?

SOFIA COSTOULAS: Yeah, I definitely have the level to play against anyone, any ranking. Yeah, I got a lot of confidence. I feel like I can play against the best players in the world. I definitely learned that I can win every match, so that's very good.

Yeah, just got a lot of experience from playing yesterday and today on very big courts. I will take this experience forever with me.

Q. How excited are you about the future?

SOFIA COSTOULAS: Very excited. I know is there still a long road ahead of me. I will keep working hard and hopefully I can get to where I want to be one day.
