Quick Quotes
Q. There haven't been many birdies at 18 but you find one to go into the solo lead tomorrow. How do you feel after that battle is done?
SCOTT JAMIESON: After yesterday, certainly the whole Kaye seems a little more straightforward but it still wasn't easy. The greens were considerably quicker and there was still a decent amount of breeze. But funny you say that, when I was on the last green, I noticed no one had made birdie so I was happy to knock in a 6-footer.
Q. Haven't won since 201 but the last three outings you've had here in Abu Dhabi, you've picked up a top 20 every time. What's the final ingredient you need to go one step further and secure the win?
SCOTT JAMIESON: It's a great question, or else I may be would have won, is it ten years? You know, all I can do is play whatever shots in front of me, and going to just try and stay, all those clichés, stay in the moment and just try and hit the best shot I can.
Q. In general, have you been feeling quite calm and in control of your game this week?
SCOTT JAMIESON: I didn't do a whole lot in the off-season. I was pretty comfortable with where my game was when we finished in Dubai. I actually practised quite a bit in December and then had a decent break and then only really started practicing again about ten days ago. Glad it was all still there.
Q. Tomorrow a win could add your name to a very exclusive group, a Rolex Series winner. What would that mean?
SCOTT JAMIESON: It would be massive, a game changer to win a tournament of this stature. There's definitely been some great champions here, and that's an awful long way to go.
