THE MODERATOR: Questions, please.
Q. Can you give us your impressions of where the match was won and lost.
LORENZO SONEGO: Borna is a good player. He has a good serve. Yeah, but my tennis today wasn't good, especially in the first set, because I was 4-1 up, and the lost the concentration. I lost this set. Was not easy to win.
Q. You played two fantastic matches. Has it been difficult to maintain that momentum with the pressure of a Davis Cup event, in particular with events in the last couple of days for your team?
LORENZO SONEGO: The pressure is a part of the game. With some more experience, with this experience, I can improve how to think about the pressure and improvement for my tennis in the future.
Q. After winning the second set the way you did, what happened at the start of the third set? Again, you had a bit of a chance to come back in that set. What made the difference at that stage?
LORENZO SONEGO: I don't know. I was slow in the third set. My ball wasn't fast. I lost some bad points.
Q. You talked about pressure. What did it feel like for you? I think the feeling is that for Italy to win, you had to win both singles because the Croats have such a good doubles team. How did that pressure feel?
LORENZO SONEGO: It's not easy for me play here in Turin because this is my city. I want to always play well because are my friends, my family. This for me is nice.
I need to live with the pressure. It's not easy. This is a great experience for me.
