THE MODERATOR: Questions in English.

Q. Congratulations, two matches, two wins, and through to the quarterfinals with Italy. Can you give us your thoughts how the tie went today? A bit of a roller coaster. Your thoughts on Italy tomorrow.

VEDRAN MARTIC: It was not a roller coaster. I think we won first match and then we qualified, was not so easy for Marin to play after we passed already to quarters. Same for Mate and Nikola. Was not so easy to play. We already thinking slowly tomorrow match is Italy, and for sure will be ready for tomorrow.

Q. Looking forward to that Italy match, having seen what they have done in the other group, what are you expecting? What sort of thinking for tomorrow?

VEDRAN MARTIC: Italy is very strong team, yeah. They have really good singles players, they have good doubles, good pair. We need to play our best tennis if we want to pass Italy.

It will be difficult match, and we will be ready to fight and I hope that my team will perform very well tomorrow. If we play our best tennis, we have chance to win.

Q. Ask you about Nino's performance in the first match, delivering the point that got Croatia into the quarters?

VEDRAN MARTIC: That was great. First match for Nino, and he won very important point for us today, and so I'm really happy for the team and for Nino.

Q. Mate, you intimated on court that this Italian team tomorrow, who knows what they are going to turn up with. How do you prepare for that? Is it one of those things where you focus on your own game, or do you imagine it could be X and Z or Y and Z?

MATE PAVIC: I think you always focus on your game first. They have options, that's for sure. I think Fabio will be one of the guys. Depends with who is he gonna play.

But yeah, I mean, we know all of those guys. We played in the Olympics against Musetti, Sonego, we played Sinner also in Cincinnati. We played them, know them, and then we see who they're gonna pick, who they choose to play those doubles. We're gonna get ready.

Q. Have you been surprised by Italy's lineups the past couple of ties?

NIKOLA MEKTIC: Maybe a little bit. I was expecting Bolelli to play at least one doubles. After all, he's here for doubles, but everybody in that team is very good. Whoever they put is going to be very strong team, very similar type of players. Not really a doubles specialist. Even though Bolelli is playing only doubles, he was also very good singles player, so his style is not so different from all the other guys in the team.

We don't know who is going to be there, but I don't think the matchup is going to be so much different whoever they put.
