Q. Minjee Lee, you closed it off with two great birdies on 17 and 18. Take me through those closing holes.

MINJEE LEE: Yeah, that was pretty much the highlight of my round today. A little bit up and down, so struggled a little bit in the wind on the back nine.

But finishing two birdies I feel pretty good.

Q. What happened there on 17? Take us through what was going on and how were able to put that together.

MINJEE LEE: On 17 I hit a really great drive down there and I only had 7-iron in. It was downwind, so, yeah, just put it on the left side of the green and two-putted from there.

So that was my birdie.

Q. And 18, I was there on the green. I saw that incredible approach shot. How many feet was that from the pin?

MINJEE LEE: It was only like five feet I think. Yeah, four or five feet.

Q. And what went into the decision there, especially with the wind seeming to swirl?

MINJEE LEE: Well, I hit 3-wood off the tee today, so it didn't go in the water. But it went pretty far down there, so I only hit my 50-degree wedge in. It was pretty downwind, so, yeah, just nice flick in there and it was five feet for birdie.

Q. I know yesterday you walked off saying, I can't believe it went in the water. What did you say to yourself to mentally reset before today's round?

MINJEE LEE: You know, after like 20 minutes I kind of forgot about it anyway.

You know, I don't like to think about it too much. I'm not going to dwell on it and take it into the next day.

Yeah, just left it pretty much on that putting green after I practiced and then I was fine.

Q. What does it mean to have one round left in the 2021 season tomorrow?

MINJEE LEE: You know, it's been a really long season so I'm really excited to hopefully play well and, you know, for the season to come to an end.

So hopefully it's a good one to finish it off.

Q. You said it yesterday, but a lot of the scores bunched up there. Anyone can go low at any time on this kind of course. What do you think it will take tomorrow to see your name at the top of leaderboard?

MINJEE LEE: You know, a whole a lot of birdies. But no, I think it's still playing pretty soft, so just play aggressively, you know, whenever the wind is thought gusting.

But, you know, I think depends on the weather. If it's like today I think it's going to be -- well, it was tough for me but I saw other girls going really low, so hopefully I have a hot putter and I can make a lot of birdies.
