Quick Quotes
Q. 4-under par 68, how did you play compared to yesterday?
COLLIN MORIKAWA: Definitely different. Didn't hit my irons as well. Wasn't hitting as quality of golf shots but made due and was able to make some birdies and kind of minimise the bogeys. Took advantage of the par 5s for sure.
Q. 17, a bit of good fortune; you have to have good fortune to win a golf tournament.
COLLIN MORIKAWA: Yes, you do. I was hoping it would be in the bunker and kept watching and thought it was going to be in the water. Did that actually last year to the same pin. Wasn't a good feeling when the ball was in the air. Got a lucky break and took advantage of it and made par, and those are the kind of breaks you need heading into the weekend whether I'm going to be four or five shots back.
Q. You told us at the start of the week that you were intending just to focus on the DP World Tour Championship and let everything take care of itself, but you are in pole position to win The Race to Dubai. When you come off the course, do you look at the other guys that can challenge you for the title?
COLLIN MORIKAWA: I'm aware. But I've got to focus on the weekend. I want to win this tournament. That's all I care about, winning this tournament everything, and else will kind of settle itself. That's my focus. We've played a decent two days and we've got two more rounds to go.
