Q. 1-under here in the final round. 10-under to finish the Women's Amateur Asia Pacific. Can you reflect on your week for us?

ANIKA VARMA: My week's been filled with a lot of ups and downs. Some really good and amazing holes and some not so great.

One of the highlights is the amount of bogeys I made. I only made three bogeys this week, which is actually pretty good.

Just taking a lot of positives. My game's improved. I finished better than the last few tournaments I've played. The Women's Amateur Asia-Pacific in Sentosa. And it's just been a good week. A lot of happy moments and sad moments. But overall really happy with how the week turned out.

The course is in a great condition and I just hope to be back next year.

Q. A top 10 finish for you this year must fill you with a lot of confidence to see how your game matches up against some of the best players in the region?

ANIKA VARMA: Yeah, it's definitely, like, really nice to make a top 10 finish. But the only way is going up from here. So hopefully it gets closer and closer to winning a tournament and just meeting new people, meeting my friends again and just play this tournament again next year and have fun.

Q. What will be your lasting memory from the Women's Amateur Asia Pacific?

ANIKA VARMA: Going to be a lot. But I would say my approach to the game has been so good this week. I want to carry it on for my next few tournaments and keep the momentum going on and have confidence in my game. Because if I can finish in the top 10 in such a big tournament then that means I do know how to play golf, I am pretty good at it, and just trust myself while playing.

Q. What's next for you?

ANIKA VARMA: I go to school in California. So I have my high school state's tournament coming up in Poppy Hills or Poppy Ridge on Tuesday. So I get back Sunday and I play Tuesday. Then after that a few AJGAs and probably Cactus tournaments to sum up the year. It will be pretty good.
