Q. Hamda, thank you so much for joining us here. We are, of course, in Abu Dhabi for the Women's Amateur Asia-Pacific. You had the honor of hitting the opening tee shot today. Can you tell us how you were feeling about that?

HAMDA AL SUWAIDI: It was big pressure and I was nervous, but I was honoured to represent UAE. I hit the first shot, and it went well.

Q. That's great. Obviously, as a local player here and we're playing the championship in your home, is that a great opportunity for you and the other UAE players?

HAMDA AL SUWAIDI: Yes, of course. It's a big opportunity for us to play against the best amateurs in Asia. I learned a lot. It was such a good experience for me and of course for the rest of the UAE team.

Q. Do you feel like other young girls in the UAE might look at what we're doing here this week and think that maybe they should give golf a go?

HAMDA AL SUWAIDI: Of course. Golf is a great game, and I hope it inspires them. It's a good opportunity and we have such lovely golf courses here in my country. Why not?
