THE MODERATOR: Questions in English.
Q. How did you feel with your game, with your rhythm on the court?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: I felt good, considering that it was only second match back on the tour from almost two months of not playing a competitive match since the finals of US Open.
Yesterday I had a walkover from Monfils, and I had two matches so far. There are things to be very happy about. Obviously I'm through to the semifinals, so I have to be satisfied, but also there are things that need to improve and I know that.
But, you know, having been in this situation many times before, it also helps to analyze and correct certain things the next day. Obviously nothing is guaranteed, but, you know, I have trust and faith in myself, in my game, and I feel the more time I spend on the court, the better I'm going to play.
So now it's final four. Obviously last four players of the tournament. Matches are only going to get more challenging and tougher, but I'm ready for it.
Q. Has the aspect of year-end World No. 1 entered your mind? Because a lot could be depend on what's happening right now. If Daniil loses, you're guaranteed the year-end World No. 1 for a record seventh time. Has that come into your mind this week?
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Yes, of course it does. I mean, that's actually the biggest reason why I came here, trying to clinch the year-end No. 1.
Hopefully I can do it during this week. If not, then I'll have another chance in Turin.
