Q. Michael, you guys have accomplished so much during this run. Is there a sense that a lot more was just a little bit out of your reach with the two trips to the World Series recently?
MICHAEL BRANTLEY: Yeah, every year is special. It's going to have different teammates, different coaches, however you want to look at it. We embraced what we did this year. It was a tremendous honor to play with everyone in that locker room and the coaching staff as well. Just very appreciative of this opportunity to be with this team, and we accomplished a lot this year.
Q. What do you think about the job that Dusty has done for you guys? Would you like to see him here next year?
MICHAEL BRANTLEY: Yeah, he's done a great job. We came so close. We came so far. But we did it as a group, as a unit, obviously led by him.
It's been phenomenal just watching us grow and get better and get to this moment. It's something special that I'll always keep in my heart in my career, and like I said, I'm just very appreciative to have this experience and this opportunity with this coaching staff and these players.
Q. Michael, if this was Carlos' last game, could you just talk about what it was like having him as a teammate?
MICHAEL BRANTLEY: He's a phenomenal teammate. He's one of the leaders in the locker room. He's a special player. You get to see what he does on the field, but obviously what he does in the locker room as well with the young guys and myself and the energy he brings every single day. I wish him all the best. I hope he's back.
I wish him all the best for him and his family and whatever he decides ultimately. He's been a great teammate and a great asset for this organization.
