PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Yep.

Q. I mean, it's a stressful week. I would imagine you're pretty wiped mentally, but it looked like you were having fun and smiling and laughing with your caddie and having a good time the whole week, especially today.

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Exactly. I just kept doing my process, routines, and, you know, just be me all, like during the entire round.

I tried to like practice in the way that I would just play better and better day after days, so I'm happy that I finish a round like this one. It was just about being happy, enjoying, and being in the moment and live it, yeah.

Q. When you started the day was winning on the mind? I know yesterday you gave me the, I keep it to myself, but did you want to win it when you stepped on the course today?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: I mean, winning is always in my mind. I just keep it for myself. It's just winning is about the result and it doesn't depend on you completely. Like you never know if someone is going to shoot 10-under or 9-under, so I was just trying to focus on what I can control and the controllable for me.

And then I mean, it happen what just happened. Of course I was trying to go low. I told my caddie on the first hole, Go low or go home, and I was like -- because I read this morning on the French -- like on Instagram on the French guy who's playing pretty good on the European Tour.

I was like, I like that. So I just used it and it was kind of the motivation for today.

Q. Was inspiration for your front nine?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Yeah. I mean, it was just -- I was just -- we called the green the dance floor and we were just talking about doing the right move, dancing the right way on the green. So it was all about that. Fairway and dance floor and just dance on it. (Laughter.)

Q. Best move was three consecutive birdies. Take me through 7 through 9.

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Well, it was, I mean, very good shots. Ended up very close to the flag and then very good putts despite the greens were pretty hard to read at that point.

So I just -- it was just hole after hole and shot after shot.

Q. It's been a big transitional year for you turning pro, advancing now to Q-Series. What's on your mind and how do you deal with the pressure coming through, just moving through all the different transitions?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: To be honest, I just -- I mean, it was -- I don't even know right now. It's just I think it's going to get clearer and clearer the more I'm going to get closer to Q-Series.

So, I mean, I'm just -- I will go back to school, go back to my life and just go back to practice, work, and stay focused until Q-Series. It's going to be about like the same mentality. Just enjoy the process and enjoy the moment.

Yeah, there is pressure obviously, but it's a good one. It's one that, I mean, I'm going to have for a long time on tour hopefully. I like it, so it's just a good challenge for me.

Q. What's your plan for the next month? Where are you going? Where are you practicing at?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Back to school, back in class. I'm flying tomorrow morning at 6:00 in the morning to be able to go to class on Monday night. So it's just back to workout, golf, school, and just enjoying some time with my friends at the University of South Carolina.

Just, yeah, I have three weeks off and playing in Pebble Beach, and then I have one week and Q-Series. So just going to be about getting ready to play Q-Series and get ready golf-wise, but especially physically. So going to work on that.

Diet-wise as well, nutrition. So just going to be trying to get ready as fast as -- the best I can, yeah.

Q. Have you heard anything about Q-Series ever? Have you had any conversations about it over the last few years since it kind of was established? No?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: I mean, I know the way it works. I know we're playing eight days and there is a cut after four, I think. Maybe. Someone told me that yesterday, so I was like -- I mean, I just -- it's just a long tournament that's going to be -- and I'll just take it as it comes.

Q. What class do you got tomorrow?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: You're going to laugh. It's a drawing class.

Q. That's awesome.

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Yeah, I have some core classes I have to finish before graduating.

Q. What's it called?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Introduction to Drawing.

Q. You like to draw anything in particular?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: I do. I mean, I used to draw a lot, and, I mean, it's something that I really enjoy to do, so I chose this class, eight weeks class. It started last Monday but I missed the first two, and I've been trying to keep up with the class being away.

So I have that.

Q. Do you bring a doodle pad on the road?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: Yeah, I have everything I need. But it's something I carry with me all the time even before having this class just in case I want to. I don't know, happens sometimes. Yeah, I have all the materials.

Q. Very cool. What's your art style?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: So I don't consider myself as artist, to be honest, because I don't know -- like you can't tell me, Oh, you see this street, just draw the street, or I can't create things, but I can reproduce. So it's just about just copying what's in front of me. Yeah.

Q. When do you graduate?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: I don't know yet.

Q. At least, what, two years?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: At least two years, but I'm going to try to spread out the last two years. I've got to take five classes, four classes a semester. Only one or two maximum. Maybe graduation will be in two, three years. I have no idea the way it works.

I'm on the Carolina Promise, and even the university, it's kind of the first time they're actually applying it, so I don't know what's possible, what's not. For sure I have the next semester left and also living with the girls. I'm part of the staff now, so still an assistant coach.

So I'll just stay there at least for the next year, so then I'll see.

Q. How do you plan celebrate tonight?

PAULINE ROUSSIN-BOUCHARD: I don't know. Eat because I love to eat, and it's going to be trash food for sure. (Laughter.)
