Q. When you look back at Fried's outing especially those two homers center, center, is it just about location?
BRIAN SNITKER: Just location. It's just one of them days couldn't get the ball where he wanted it pretty much.
Q. Obviously things started really well with Freddie's home run. After that were you a little taken a back how much the Dodgers bats sort of took off there?
BRIAN SNITKER: Well, yeah, like I say, Max wasn't sharp and then we just scored the two runs, which we knew these bullpen games are tough, and we knew it was going to be, and we just, after awhile just kind of got out of control, obviously.
But I think the big thing is just I think if Max was sharp and we were hoping that he could extend the game. Honestly I was hoping that he would go at least seven innings where we were after the bullpen game and it didn't work out that way.
Q. We saw how your team responded after the tough Game 3 loss. How do you think they will respond?
BRIAN SNITKER: No, no, I have no worries at all about anything like that. I think it will be good to get back home, and we got, it's a tough row to hoe when we get home.
But these guys will come out on Friday and then Saturday and they will do like they did yesterday, they're going to prepare, they're going to give everything they got like they always do.
Q. You said you were looking for Max to go about seven. Did you look at it as a chance to get Lee in there and Webb to kind of --
BRIAN SNITKER: No, when we got behind I wasn't going to pitch them other guys. Those guys, we rode them really hard to get to where we're at in this series and probably if we were one run down I wasn't going to fire up any of those guys that we've been using until we tied the score, quite honestly, because we have been using them a lot and it's just one of those things. We need other -- that's why we have 26 guys, because we need everybody to play a part.
Q. While you're going to hear about last year, what would you have said before the series started if we would say you're going to be up 3-2 going home?
BRIAN SNITKER: I would be, before, I would say I'll take it. I mean, we got to win one of two games. If we can't, then we don't deserve to be the next, you know, but I like our chances, you know? And we got two starting pitchers that are well rested and so this is what this NLCS is about. I mean, there's two really good ball clubs and you got to play, you got to execute and everything in order to get out of this. So I like where we're at.
