Q. We've heard from the pitchers just with the wind and what the factor it played in last night. From your perspective, between playing defense as well as some of the big swings you had, how did it impact the game yesterday?
CHRIS TAYLOR: Yeah, I think it just, there was definitely some balls that I thought the wind definitely knocked down, probably on both sides.
Q. With Walker Buehler this evening or this, yeah, this evening, we've just heard from Blake Treinen, from other players, just when he takes the ball in the postseason he's fearless in everything he brings. What is your impression of Walker in the postseason?
CHRIS TAYLOR: Yeah, I think he's one of the best, if not the best postseason pitcher in baseball. Just the mentality he has, and he's got the power, strikeout stuff. He attacks hitters. Yeah, it's exactly who we want out there.
Q. What have you guys learned from the past experiences being in an elimination picture?
CHRIS TAYLOR: Being a what?
Q. In an elimination picture.
CHRIS TAYLOR: Yeah, I mean, last year we had a bunch of elimination games and I don't know if we learned anything. You know, we just, I think we're best when our backs are against the wall and we've shown that. We understand we still control our own destiny and all we can focus on is tonight and we're going to do everything we can to win tonight's game.
Q. You guys have obviously seen a lot of the Giants' bullpen all year, but Doval as a September call-up isn't somebody you had seen a lot. What have your impressions been of him?
CHRIS TAYLOR: He's obviously been really good. He's got two really good pitches, that power heater and a good slider that he can command.
Q. Last year when you guys were down to Atlanta a lot of the players talked later about there was a text chain going around among the players that you could use to focus and rally. Anything like that last night or today?
CHRIS TAYLOR: Yeah, we have had that text group all year. That's something we've continued into this season, and guys are on there every day talking. And I personally think it's good for team camaraderie and, if anything, just the people joking around on there and keeping things loose.
