Q. Gabe was just saying that if we had you right here to ask you would probably say that might be a decision you would take back going for, trying to stretch?
WILMER FLORES: Yeah, 100 percent.
Q. What were you seeing there that made you kind of think maybe you could get to third?
WILMER FLORES: I just thought the ball was more in the corner.
Q. Are you looking at the third base coach or is that your decision there?
WILMER FLORES: No, it was my decision.
Q. How do you feel at 1-1 going to L.A.? You know you're facing Scherzer in 3. What's the team's feeling right now?
WILMER FLORES: I mean, we're still feeling good about ourself. I mean, it's a tough team, obviously, and we just got to go out there and get 'em. I mean, we lost one game. We got two more in Los Angeles.
Q. Belt has meant so much to you guys this season. How tough is it for all of you, but particularly the group of you that now fill in for Belt without him here? I know he's been kind of helping. Gabe was saying that he was helping out on bunt defenses and pick-off plays and things like that the other day.
WILMER FLORES: Yeah, definitely. Even though he's not playing, he's been helping me a lot and all of us that play first base or are going to play first base. Everything he knows about that. There were a couple plays yesterday where we talked about it before that happened and he's been very helpful for me and for all the guys that are maybe going to play first in the future.
Q. What did you think of UrĂas tonight? Did you think he had his usual stuff, good stuff, what did you think of that?
WILMER FLORES: Yeah, I never seen him having, not having his stuff. He's always have it. I mean, me personally, I feel like I took good at-bats, I hit the ball hard, sometimes you just don't get a result. But I thought he had his stuff.
