Q. As you prepare for this postseason and get ready for Game 2, how much do you rely on just your experience from last year, the final out, the World Series? Do you use that in preparation and kind of lean on those moments, I guess?
JULIO URÍAS: This is postseason game. I've been blessed to be in the postseason since 2016. It's one of the, it's another start, another opportunity. Obviously the focus is at a high or at a premium, so I'm trying to get ready for that outing and do the best I can.
Q. With the success that you had this season, 20 wins, is this exactly where you want to be heading into the postseason?
JULIO URÍAS: Yeah, it's another start, like I said earlier, and it's one of those things that you're just kind of focused and put 100 percent of my effort into tomorrow.
Q. (Question in Spanish.)
JULIO URÍAS: Yeah, to have the opportunity to start all season and it's something that obviously helped me along the way, to go from start to start and focus on what I needed to do. And they have seen me. I've seen them. And it's another opportunity to go out there and pitch against them.
Q. You've been part of plenty of Dodgers-Giants series now. How do you think the fans are going to behave?
JULIO URÍAS: Yeah, I think it's going to be fun. It's going to be exciting to see the fans come out and support us or cheer against us. It's going to be fun. I think we're going to thrive on it and, like I said, or it's just about the fans, so it's going to be exciting to be out there.
Q. How do you approach this season -- or this postseason any differently knowing your role might be a little bit different, just starting more primarily than being in the pen like the past couple years?
JULIO URÍAS: Yeah. I think I'm just going to do the same thing. I'm going to give a hundred percent of me. I think that's always going to be what I do or how I approach this, and whatever role, whatever they need me to do, I'm going to do it to the best of my abilities.
Q. (Question in Spanish.)
JULIO URÍAS: Yeah, I think it's going to be another game, obviously like the last, or the years weren't as good, or were tough on me, but it's in God's timing. Getting an opportunity to go out there and compete and pitch is obviously something I'm going to be really excited about and just do it the best I can.
Q. (Question in Spanish.)
JULIO URÍAS: You know how important Clayton is and how big of a piece he is to the team. He sets the example by the effort and the time and the commitment that he puts into the game. And obviously there's not a lot of pressure going into it. It's just more trying to do what we can to make up for missing him. And he's going to be a big part of it.
Q. What has Albert's presence meant to you down the stretch since he joined the Dodgers, and can you sense what this opportunity means to Albert at age 41?
JULIO URÍAS: Yeah, it's incredible. It's obviously a blessing. He's such a good person. Obviously he's a better person than his numbers. So humble, so gracious, and it's going to be exciting to watch him get another opportunity. Whether it's in a Series or in a game, it's just going to be fun to watch.
Q. (Question in Spanish.)
JULIO URÍAS: Yeah, the postseason's different. Every miss fire, every miss is magnified. So you're always kind of learning from those lessons, but also just your focus is so heightened. And this is an opportunity. It's going to be fun and I'm excited for it.
