Quick Quotes
Q. So welcome back to Portland. I know you have fond memories here having won in 2009, was it?
MJ HUR: Yeah.
Q. Good one. What's it like to be back in Portland?
MJ HUR: Feels very comfortable because I have a really good memory. When I was rookie I won the tournament and very nice and calm.
Also I have a like American parents.
Q. Okay.
MJ HUR: I stay housing when I play the 2006 in Pumpkin Ridge and they're my American parents, so if I can see them and having dinner, it's really nice and comfortable.
Q. Yeah, nice to have a place of comfort here when you're traveling I'm sure.
MJ HUR: Uh-huh.
Q. Good round today.
MJ HUR: Yeah.
Q. How did it feel on the golf course? New golf course, new venue.
MJ HUR: It was very hilly. Like everybody knows.
But I'm Korean and in Korea there is lots of hilly course, and we used to walk all the up hills and down hills, we used to play all the slopes, so it wasn't that bad for me.
I was trying to focus on my speed on the putting green. The greens are so fast. The conditions are perfect.
I just try to focus on my speed.
Q. Yeah, and where would you say you made the most ground today? Where do you think your game was the strongest across the board?
MJ HUR: I think it's mostly the iron shot. Not many missed greens today, which I have a lot chance to make a birdie, so I think the iron was hot today.
Q. Great.
MJ HUR: Yeah.
