THE MODERATOR: If you would just give us your thoughts on today's match and your first week at the US Open.

JANNIK SINNER: Well, obviously I'm very happy about, speaking about the match today, I'm very happy. It was obviously not easy playing against him. I played well the first two sets. Also the third set I played well. Then he started to mix up a little bit the game. I started to miss a little bit, which is normal. Then I had to find myself, yeah, trying to stay focused about the present.

I think that today, that was the key.

THE MODERATOR: Questions, please.

Q. You'll face probably Zverev or Sock in the next round. What kind of match do you expect against each of them?

JANNIK SINNER: Not easy, for sure. It's going to be tough. Have to be ready, especially mentally. Trying to recover physically, as well.

For me the first time here being in the second week, here in New York, so it's a great feeling obviously. You always try to do better and better. It's going to be tough. Both of them are serving good, hitting the ball very nicely.

Speaking about Sascha, he's in confidence. He's barely losing a match.

Speaking about Jack, also him is getting back to his confidence, back to his level.

It's going to be for sure a tough round.
