Q. Catriona Matthews, you managed to find the one little section of European support on the first tee. How are you feeling this morning?

CATRIONA MATTHEW: Excited. I think this is going to be a great day. Our team is feeling confident. It's going to be a tough challenge, but I think they're all up for it and just kind of itching to go.

Q. I think both you and your team have a very cool, calm, collected attitude, but what was the motivation and the mood in the team room like this morning?

CATRIONA MATTHEW: You know, last night and this morning it's been -- actually everyone is focused. We have got to go out there, and they know they've all got to go out there and try and win their point. They're not really looking at leaderboards. They're going to look at them, but not be too worried about it, but concentrate on their point and get their job done.

Q. What will be the strategy for you?

CATRIONA MATTHEW: I mean, obviously it's key to be here at the first tee when the girls tee off, and by then the first groups will be coming round the turn, so obviously like to get off to a quick start.
