Q. Give us a sense of the mood in the European team right now.

EMILY PEDERSEN: Pretty good. I think we just got here, but we've got two points already and hopefully can get a half a point more on the last, but I think it's pretty good.

Q. Give us a sense of your emotions during that match; were you just on autopilot the whole way? Was there different things going on? You're both pretty cool and calm in general, but give us a sense of how you were feeling as the match progressed.

CHARLEY HULL: I was pretty chilled all the way. Emmy made a great eagle on the 8th hole, and then I made two good birdies on the back nine on 10 and 11, then she birdied 12. Yeah, just gave us some good momentum. It was good.

Q. Emily, how different do you feel at this Solheim Cup than the last?

EMILY PEDERSEN: A lot different. I feel like I'm a whole other person. I feel like I'm a lot more mature, and I feel a lot more comfortable on the course. Charley is very easygoing. She's a great player. It's nice to have her by my side, and I feel a lot more comfortable.
