Q. This has been such a confusing moment - or five - that he said, what happened. Now we've shown you the replay off air a little bit. Pretty bizarre. Are you okay?

JOEY LOGANO: Yeah, I'm okay. Thank God those tire packs were there and the hit actually wasn't that hard at all. Those tires absorbed a lot of it. You know, I don't believe in luck, but that time I just feel like that was bad luck, wrong place, wrong time, and unfortunately it ended our day. Had a decent run coming to us, maybe a top-5 finish for our Shell-Pennzoil Mustang.

Next thing I knew I was airborne and I was headed to the wall and had a lot of time to think about it. This is the first time I'm kind of seeing it right here. Yeah, kind of -- yeah, that's what I thought happened. It happened so fast.

Q. No steering, no brakes, no nothing, it all got kind of ripped out?

JOEY LOGANO: Yeah, no nothing, along for the ride. A passenger, knowing what the end result was going to be. All the fans were cheering right there. They were all happy to see me get out, which was good to see. It'll be an exciting finish to watch on TV, I guess.

Q. They've dragged away the curb. If they didn't put anything else there and you were just told, hey, stay left of the big curb, how would you attack it?

JOEY LOGANO: You'd better stay left of the big curb because that one is a launch pad for sure.

Yeah, I mean, we're wide open through that kink anyway. You can kind of just shoot right through it. Maybe just single files us out. Maybe we don't need it, I don't know. We'll have to go back and look and kind of see.

Yeah, it's unfortunate our car got tore up. It's part of it, though.
