Q. Talk about that match right there, how your game is right now.

YANA WILSON: Pretty consistent. I just tried to make pars all the way. On this course I feel like pars will pretty much win you a match. I just tried to play it safe, play aggressive on some pin locations, but overall pretty safe.

Q. When you came into the week, what were your expectations?

YANA WILSON: I had no expectations, honestly. I feel like that's the best for me whenever I come into a difficult tournament like this one is just to not expect anything and just to play your game and have fun.

Q. What do you think is working well for you on this course specifically?

YANA WILSON: I feel like I'm hitting a ton of fairways, and the greens, they don't run out, because I'm in Vegas and normally all the greens run out, so these kind of check up so I can kind of carry it to the pin and let it check.

I feel like this course fits my game super well.

Q. You're younger than some of the other players in the field. How does it feel to be at that level and building your confidence a little bit?

YANA WILSON: It feels good. It's a good experience leading up for the next few years I want to play in this. I'm just really excited to just keep continuing to play this event, and that's it.
