Quick Quotes
Q. Tell us about the last two days.
JACK SENIOR: It's just great to be back playing well. Great to be back holing some putts, and it's great to be back near the top of the leaderboard.
Q. What's good about today?
JACK SENIOR: Drove the ball fantastically well. Holed the clutch par putts that I needed to hole coming down the stretch and managed to make a couple birdies coming in as well which is always nice.
Q. The northwest wind, is it familiar? Are you used to this sort of thing or is it something new to you?
JACK SENIOR: I'm still wearing a t-shirt when everyone is wrapped in waterproofs. It's similar to what I'm used to and grown up playing in. At the end of the day, if it blows a little more I'm not going to be phased by that.
Q. The shot into 11, tell us about that.
JACK SENIOR: Yeah, I just had a really good number. We had 196 there, slightly back into the wind. It was cold there and just a perfect 4-iron, just flighted it lovely and it pitched right there next to the stick.
Q. Like the way you stand at the moment but it could be a special weekend. How excited are but going?
JACK SENIOR: Yeah, I'm obviously excited. I don't really show much emotion when I'm on the course or anything like that. Trying to keep myself as level as we could possibly be but I've been here many times before at the highest of highs and lowest of low when is you've been in this position before.
As long as you can stay level and stay committed to what you're going to do and see where it ends up at the end of the week, I'm not taking anything for granted. I've still got to go out there and form and hit good golf shots.
Q. And the mindset is you can only control what you can do?
JACK SENIOR: You can only control what you do, I can just go through my routines, commit to lines on the putts and hopefully they fall in, and you never know where you'll be at the weekend if that happens.
