Q. We saw there was sort of a little bit of a conversation at the net when you shook hands with Carlos and I was wondering if you could tell us what you said to him. Secondly, I would like to ask you as you play doubles often, how does the doubles game help you with your singles game, if it does?

JEN-LENNARD STRUFF: Yeah, I told him that he's a great player, great fighter. You saw it at the end at 5-0, he still pushed himself and was there. So I had to be very careful.

I told him that he should keep going because he's such a good player and he will be a very, very good player in the future, and yeah, I told him that.

And yes, doubles, I started playing doubles actually because I wanted to improve my singles game with the volleys and stuff, and it was very good practice for singles, as well. But with the time, I always felt like I liked a lot to play doubles, and I started to become a bit successful in doubles, so I really enjoyed playing it and still enjoy it, but it helps me a lot for singles definitely, yes.
