Quick Quotes
Q. Good finish. Top 10 at this point despite a tough one on Friday this week.
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, Friday's round was definitely a disappointment, but bounced back really well and got off to a great start on Thursday, too.
So a lot of positives to take away from the week. Definitely to finish with a birdie or eagle on 17 and then par on 18, which is another really tough hole, was definitely a bonus and hopefully Top 10 sticks.
Q. Talk about the eagle. How did that go?
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, hit a good drive but slid into the first cut of rough, and I put a pretty violent swing to get my hybrid there and ended up going to about five feet and was able to make the putt.
Q. How about looking ahead to Lake Merced where you had some success early on.
BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, I really like that golf course and it's very similar to this one as well. So I feel like my game is in good shape and I'm excited to tee it up.
Q. And you're defending at the Meijer coming up as well. That's got to be another exciting one for you.
BROOKE HENDERSON: It is. They changed the course a lot though. Maybe they were tired of me there. So I'll have to do a lot of scouting and get used to the course out there.
But I definitely love that atmosphere and the fans are always great.
Q. How has Brittany been as coach with dad back home?
BROOKE HENDERSON: It's great. They've been working really hard together, dad and Brit, and Brit has really done a great job caddying for me and helping me with my swing and coaching me out here, too.
