Quick Quotes
Q. Tell me about your round today and just thoughts on the week and how you played.
MAJA STARK: It was very much up and down today. I didn't make a par until hole 8, so that was -- I mean, I felt like I played better than what happened kind of. But I'm happy that I made a lot of birdies. So that's something, but I'm a little bit deflated.
Q. You played four rounds on the Olympic course. How did the course play different each day and what does it mean to have played a major championship on a course like this?
MAJA STARK: I think that in the beginning it was a little bit easier than I thought it would be because the greens were a bit softer than I thought they would be, and I think they firmed up a little bit.
The rough, I feel like they didn't cut it this weekend, so yeah, I think that was the big differences. And then just more pins towards the edges, of course.
I mean, it's so cool to be here, like the whole clubhouse and everything is just screaming premium. Yeah, it's just so much fun.
Q. You've had two U.S. Women's Open starts as an Am. You finished under the top 20 in both. How do you feel about that? How does that help you going forward?
MAJA STARK: I'm happy, of course. I'm feeling like I didn't play my best game and still managing to get here feels great. I'm really looking forward to the future and going pro and all the tournaments I can play then. Yeah, I'm really happy that I feel this way right now.
