Q. Safely under the cut for the weekend; talk about your couple of rounds that you've played, how you feel about it.

MINJEE LEE: I feel like I've been hitting it pretty solid, just have to get a couple of my putts to drop. You know, it's a tough golf course out here, so hopefully on the weekend I can get a couple back.

Q. And the only Aussie to make the cut. You've got a whole country on your shoulders there.

MINJEE LEE: Oh, I'm the only one, but Hannah is not finished yet. I don't know where she's at, but yeah, hopefully we're both playing the weekend. I'm just going to try my best.

Q. What about playing here locally where you won the U.S. Junior at Lake Merced? You've got to have some great memories from years ago.

MINJEE LEE: Yeah, I love coming back to San Francisco, and obviously we're so near Lake Merced, and it's just lovely to be here, and the golf course is kind of similar, I guess the grass. So it does remind me a little bit of Lake Merced, but it is tougher here. Yeah, I just love coming back, and hopefully I'll have a good weekend to have many more great memories.
