THE MODERATOR: Just recap the game, and then we'll have questions for you.

WILLIAM FREEMAN: Didn't go the way we wanted it to go today. We were ready, and we wanted this win more than anybody, and it just didn't fall that way.

Q. Will, you've been in Tuscaloosa for a few seasons now. If this is the last ride for you guys, if you don't get into regionals, what are you going to remember about this 2021 group?

WILLIAM FREEMAN: This is the closest knit team that I've ever been a part of. We truly are brothers in each other's eyes. There's never a dull moment in any of them. You can guarantee that you're going to come into the locker room and laugh and have fun.

Q. If you had to make your case to the committee on why you guys should be in the regionals, what would that be?

WILLIAM FREEMAN: Definitely with the run we made this week, I don't think many people were expecting us to make it this far. We've shown what all we can do, and I'd like to think we make a good chance.
