Q. The course doesn't seem to be playing easy by the scores, and you make it look fairly easy.

MORGAN PRESSEL: You know, I think it's a really fun course to play. I think that almost every hole you can make birdie, but you can also make a lot of -- there is a lot of opportunities for others.

You know, I mean, just like the shot on 18 here. I know the only place you can't be is left and you hit it left and even -- I mean, ended up in a divot, whatever.

But it's just I shouldn't be there in the first place. You can't hit it over there and I know that. I think that's what I really like about this golf course. You just have to manage your game.

I gave myself a lot of the good opportunities today. The only hole I had to do really any work on was the last one.

Q. Birdies at 1, 3, 13, 14, 16, and 17. Any one of those in particular help --

MORGAN PRESSEL: They all help.

Q. Any one stood out a little more?

MORGAN PRESSEL: You know, it's my caddie's birthday today, Rock, so we've always -- for the last -- I mean, we been together 13 plus years now, so every time it's one of our birthdays we always play for birthday birdies. I made six of them today.

My goal was -- I was standing over the putt on the first hole and I'm like, Okay, birthday birdie number one, let's knock it in, and I did, so kind of went on from there.

Q. Nice. How exciting is it when you can do that on his birthday, especially someone as close to you?

MORGAN PRESSEL: I'm not going to say I've done it every time on his birthday. I don't know if I've ever been goose egged, but every once in a while come up with only one or two.

You know, rock obviously is very dear friend, more than just a caddie, a lot more than just a caddie, one of my best friends.

So it's great to be out here and be able to celebrate his birthday together.

Q. I was going to ask you about -- I'm sure you get all the Golf Channel questions, but is there anything you've learned from watching the game that way? Anything you've taken --

MORGAN PRESSEL: That's a good question. I don't know if -- I don't know if there is anything that I learned.

Q. You can almost appreciate it a little more. A little slower paced, I would imagine.

MORGAN PRESSEL: It's definitely fast paced when you're in the booth and you're watching it -- watching what's happening live and reacting to it.

I don't know if I just -- I don't know. I don't know if I have a good answer for that. I might have to think about that one, because it's a good question. You made me think now. I mean, it's just...

Q. Put it in the back pocket; save that one for later. You climbed up into the top 10 obviously. I think you're at six right now. Everybody seems to just kind of be hovering in the plus one to minus one range. Would you imagine another effort like today --

MORGAN PRESSEL: I would love another effort like today. That would be great. I just really love this golf course. It suits my eye. I've played well here the past two times that we've played here.

I mean, just going to have to come out tomorrow, give myself some opportunities, and make some more putts.
