Q. How often did you play here in college?

MUNI HE: Not very often.

Q. Was it just like certain days?

MUNI HE: Yeah. I mean, this was one of our home courses, but it's funny, because I think the girls -- at least I always tried to avoid coming out here because I wouldn't say it's my favorite, and not because it's not nice or convenient, but it's really tricky and I never played well here.

So we just always avoided coming out here.

Q. So what changed today?

MUNI HE: I don't know. Even coming into this morning I kind of felt -- I want to say like I had very low expectation because like I mentioned, I feel like it's not really a course where I've performed well in the past.

Yeah, maybe that helps, like not putting too much pressure on myself. Yeah.

Q. How far is home from here?

MUNI HE: For me, it's 20 minutes.

Q. Okay. So it's pretty nice to stay in your own bed.

MUNI HE: It is, yeah, very.

Q. Obviously, like you said, it's challenging here, but do you have any kind of comfortability after seeing the way you played today a little more?

MUNI HE: I think so. I think it's one of those courses where if you're having a good day it's little easier, but definitely can be challenging.

So I'm definitely not feeling like comfortable just yet. Yeah, a little better.

Q. Six birdies today. Any one of those in particular stand out to you a little more?

MUNI HE: I putted one in from just off the fringe, but other than that, no. Like they were all pretty decent putts, shots. So, yeah.

Q. Anything with the bunkers come into play out here? A lot of wedge work I would imagine this week.

MUNI HE: Yeah, I was in one of the bunkers on 9. Shouldn't have been there. I think it's all about leaving yourself in the right place, a/k/a not the bunker.

If it happens, oh, well. Just do our best to deal with it.

Q. To see your name at 4-under, couple shots back, that's got to be a shot in the arm for you.

MUNI HE: Yeah, I mean, I feel like it's only the first day. There is still so much golf left, so there is not really a point of thinking about what the rest of the field is doing.

It's just, yeah, focusing on myself and hopefully I can have a decent day out here tomorrow as well.
