Q. Great playing today, 6-under. Just your thoughts on the round?

KEVIN SUTHERLAND: Yeah, I played really well today. On this golf course you've got to drive it in the fairway, and I did a good job of that. I made some great up-and-downs and kind of got it around, so the short game was really good, and I just made a few putts when I got opportunities. It's unfortunate; I wish I could have made birdie on 18. You never know what's going to happen. But I just didn't hit -- I hit two poor shots around the green, and that's the way it goes. It was a great week overall, and I played great.

Q. You're becoming kind of contagious always being at the very top week after week after week. Does it feel nice?

KEVIN SUTHERLAND: Yeah, I'm on a good run right now. I'm playing good, and my short game is just a lot better than it was probably three or four years ago. I'm putting better than I have in a while. This week I lag putted really well.

A lot of that stuff just adds up. I've always hit the ball fairly well, and just taking care of stuff around the greens has really helped.
