Quick Quotes
Q. How's the course playing today versus yesterday?
BEATRICE WALLIN: It's a little wet because of all the rain, and it's kind of cold. So it was kind of like I had to play the last hole as a par 5, and we couldn't go for it as we did in the practice round. So it's a little different, yeah.
Q. Did the weather delay affect your game plan in any way?
BEATRICE WALLIN: Not really. I mean, I would have liked to finish it yesterday because we had to like go up pretty early this morning, but otherwise, not really, no.
Q. So you played the Island course on the front nine, the Bluff on the back. Describe some of the challenges that come with these courses.
BEATRICE WALLIN: I mean, both of them are kind of difficult in their own way, and they are super nice. So, of course, it's going to be tough. But I really like the course. I like two par 5s on the front nine, hopefully the second round as well, so that's kind of fun.
Q. Which course do you enjoy the most?
BEATRICE WALLIN: Do you mean like Augusta or this one?
Q. The front or the back.
BEATRICE WALLIN: I think I like the front nine more.
Q. Is there any reason why?
BEATRICE WALLIN: The par 5s.
Q. What did you learn from playing these courses the last time?
BEATRICE WALLIN: I guess I feel more comfortable, like I know kind of the lines and where to hit it and where not to miss it, so that helps for sure.
Q. And how has this experience this year been so far for you?
BEATRICE WALLIN: It's been good. Yeah, I've enjoyed it this far, and hopefully, it will be a good time through the whole tournament.
Q. What are you going to do between now and your next round?
BEATRICE WALLIN: I'm going to chill, talk to my coach, my caddie, and just like wait.
