Quick Quotes
Q. What's your first impressions of the course today?
PAULA SCHULZ-HANSSEN: It's amazing. It's so different from the courses in Germany at the moment because it's winter and snow and cold. I haven't played a tournament in six months. It's great to get out here. The course is in great condition, so yeah.
Q. How long have you been here?
PAULA SCHULZ-HANSSEN: I think we arrived eight days ago or something. We've been to Florida before to kind of practice, and, yeah, to be able to practice in a good weather, yeah.
Q. So what were your preparations for this week?
PAULA SCHULZ-HANSSEN: Actually, I've been preparing for this tournament a long time because I had a long time without a tournament. So we kind of watched on the Internet videos about the course and just what kind of shots I would need, and I practiced that.
In general, I worked on my swing, so yeah.
Q. What's your approach for tomorrow's round?
PAULA SCHULZ-HANSSEN: Honestly, just kind of enjoy it. Like live in the moment, an experience. All of those different shots I have out there. Being able to accept the mistakes that will happen and just learn from them, yeah.
Q. Have you ever played with your playing partners before?
PAULA SCHULZ-HANSSEN: No. No. I never played with them.
Q. Talk about your excitement about this evening, driving up Magnolia Lane?
PAULA SCHULZ-HANSSEN: Yeah, I'm absolutely excited. I don't even know what to say. It's such a great opportunity and I'm very much looking forward to it.
