Q. Was there a moment that you felt like you had a chance to win this game; that you not only belonged, but could have won?
CHANDLER VAUDRIN: Yeah, we felt like it the whole game that we could win. Unfortunately Villanova is a really good team, extremely well coached. Players play really hard. And, you know, they made a couple more shots than we did. That's kind of what happened.
Q. What will you remember most about this year's team?
CHANDLER VAUDRIN: You know, it's hard to think right now. But just the guys and how fun it was and just our memories that we had, even outside of basketball. It just -- it stings and it hurts a lot, but just the family that we created, I know that that bond will never get broken.
And unfortunately we didn't win, but there's a lot of guys coming back next year, and they're going to do the same thing again.
Q. What has this week been like being in Indianapolis and being in the bubble?
CHANDLER VAUDRIN: It's been great. It's definitely had some times of testing you mentally. You're in your room by yourself for a long time, and that can be hard at times. So it's really whoever ends up winning is mentally tough, very, very mentally tough team.
But the NCAA did a great job for everything that's going on and their ability to put on something like that, and for there not to be a lot of COVID cases is extremely impressive.
Again, I'm just thankful for the opportunity. Just wish we could have done more to get the win.
