Q. Great win. I think you guys went from down 10 to up 16, win by three. What was the emotional swing of this game like tonight?
LAUREN HEARD: I think it was just a Big 12 game. That's pretty much how it goes. You have one team go on a run, then you go on a run, and down the wire it's just who can finish it. That's kind of how it went. Give credit to them. They're a great team. They did not give up, but neither did we. I'm super proud of our crew for pushing it out.
Q. You all have been through so much this season. Everybody playing this year has been, but when you get in those tight spots, what is it you think gives you the courage and the strength to overcome that intensity in those moments?
TAVY DIGGS: I think it's the look in our eyes that our teammates give each other, that positive talk, those high fives, those 'we got its'. Those really help us get together and realize that we're going to win.
Q. Tavy, you have really come on, it seems like, over the last couple of weeks, especially on the offensive end of the floor. Tonight where it seemed like most of the production was coming from the starting lineup, what was going through your head? What did you feel your role was this evening?
TAVY DIGGS: I think what was going through my head is that we have to win, like this is lose or go home. So I really wanted to win, and my teammates, they felt it. They showed me that they wanted to win, so it was all about winning in my head.
Q. The intensity of these win or go home games when you get to postseason play, what are you feeling tonight? And how are you looking? I mean, you win a hard fought game, and your reward is you get to play Baylor, right? That's got to be a little bit of a challenge ahead. What do you think about tonight, and how do you prepare to face a tough opponent tomorrow?
LAUREN HEARD: I mean, it's really nothing new. We're tired. Baylor's tired. Everyone in the Big 12 is tired. That's just how you feel in postseason. It's not about who's next. It's just, it's the end of season and if you want to win, you just have to gut it out. You can't always play how you feel. So that's what we're going to do. We're just going to go out and trust each other and just lay it all out on the court. We know Baylor's a good team, and so are we. So we're just going to be out there and be ready to execute and just be as prepared as we can.
Q. Lauren, it seems it falls on you so often at the end of games to have -- to be at the free-throw line. I think you had 18 or 20 free throws tonight. You were so elite at drawing contact in spots where your team needs a bucket. Where does that skill set come from?
LAUREN HEARD: I think just a will to win. Towards the end of the game, I don't try to force shots, but I do try to get to the rim because I know that's easy points with the clock stopped. So I need to do better at any free throws. I haven't been hitting like I should, but it just comes from aggression and just trying to get my team over the hump or whatever we need at that moment. But, yeah, just staying aggressive.
Q. How do you prepare yourselves tonight? How do you rest yourselves to get ready for a tough matchup tomorrow on a quick turnaround like this? What are your plans for the next 18 hours or so?
LAUREN HEARD: Go back to the hotel, shower, eat and sleep. Do some recovery if we can, but just rest honestly. There's not much you can do in this quick turnaround.
Q. Great job tonight, ladies. That was an awesome game. I look forward to watching you tomorrow night against Baylor.
