Q. Patty, how do you feel after round one here at Golden Ocala?

PATTY TAVATANAKIT: Pretty solid. I hit a lot of good shots. Putts were dropping. Greens are firm, so I left you know, a couple of green in regulations out there. Didn't hit as many greens today, but overall a solid round.

Q. How is the course playing? I know there are some tribute holes out there.

PATTY TAVATANAKIT: Yes, it's playing pretty tough with putting. With putting, just reading the greens and stuff it's not as clear. And it's new greens so there are a lot of uncertainties out there.

Overall it's a pretty wide course. It's gettable but it's really tough to hit it close just because of how firm the greens are.

Q. From last week over to this week your game is really strong. Was there a particular goal you were looking forward to for this week?

PATTY TAVATANAKIT: Just I want to hit as many good shots as I can. Hopefully a nice finish again would be nice. First two starts of the year getting a good finish would be great, help a little bit.

But other than that, just want to keep focusing on what I need to do on the course to stay sharp and just to take it shot by shot and not getting ahead of myself.
