THE MODERATOR: We have Kiki Smith here. Questions for Kiki.

Q. Congrats on 1,000. How did it feel? How did you feel out there today? The senior class stepping up to get the win.

KIKI SMITH: Yeah, honestly I had no idea that I was that close to a thousand. After the game my teammates are the ones who told me.

It feels good. The win is just added on top of that. It's a good day for us. I'm really proud of our team. We had some big-time shots exactly when we needed them. Between everybody else, Jordyn's charge at crunch time, everybody stepped up. It was a great day.

Q. The rebounding effort today, a lot of players with seven-plus rebounds. How did you feel stepping up on the defensive side?

KIKI SMITH: Yeah, we knew that we was going to have to really get down on our rebounding because they have Unique Thompson, who averages a double-double, then they have guards who crash really hard.

In our huddles just talking about locking in, hitting our defenders, rebounding, pursuing the ball. We had people who really locked in on that and made that a focus. They got big-time rebounds when we needed them, for sure.
