Q. Obviously sad for Dominic, but pleased to be through to the final here for the fourth time?
GAEL MONFILS: Yeah. I'm very sad for Dominic and I hope he will have a speedy recovery.
I'm happy to be in the final for the fourth time here. So I guess I hope this one will be better than the other one. I'm just pleased the way that the year start and I'll be ready for tomorrow.
Q. What would it mean for you to win the title here?
GAEL MONFILS: It would mean that after three attempts that I win the fourth one. So it would be -- I would be very happy because it's a tournament that I really like and definitely to have this tournament would be great. It would give me a bit more confidence for the rest of the year.
Q. You had to miss the end of the year last year. How great is it to be in the final on your first week back?
GAEL MONFILS: Very happy. You know, very happy and very lucky, obviously. But hope I keep this momentum and see that I can make some more finals this year.
Q. And how have you felt with your body and your tennis this week?
GAEL MONFILS: My body was much better, much better than last year. That's for sure. My tennis is improving a little bit. I'm not playing my best tennis yet, but I'm improving every match.
